I still can't buy the collectors content pack, says I didn't preorder the guardian edition. I've preordered everything; base game, expansion pass and now TTK so why is the content pack unavailable?

I'm having the same exact issue. I am eligible. Bought physical vanilla Destiny, bought the season pass, and pre-ordered TTK, but Content Pack showing as Unavailable.. Come on Bunige, I want to throw my money at my screen.

Only thing I can think of is because we didn't preorder digital base game it won't let us. Which would really suck.

I've sent tweets to Bungie, BungieHelp, and Ask Playstation to see if I can get an answer to this. No luck so far. I wonder if there is a way to get a refund and then buy the CE instead

I've done the same, emailed PlayStation and they said to ask the developer but I'm starting to see bungie doesn't really reply to anything. I hate to have to buy everything all over again but at this point that seems to be the only option.

That isnt what Deej said when he first announced the content pack for $20. If that were the case, I probably would have sprung for the physical Collectors Edition.

Somehow I just managed to fix the problem, I went to the ps store on console and went to new add ons and found the content pack and it let me buy it this time. Maybe this will work for you as well.

Yeah same here. I just figured getting the content separate was easier.
