Yeah but you see they could still be legally wrong for just even having that in the terms and conditions. It really shouldn't be allowed in any contract.

  • You don't understand how contract work do you? Ever hear of the EULA? When you agree to the Terms and Conditions that constitutes a binding contract. They will not put anything into a contract that cannot be backed up in a court of law. Especially considering that no content was taken away.

  • There are some things that are gone, I mean you can't say they didn't take something out because Petra and eris don't have bounties. but more specifically people can't access the things that they paid to access. I mean I bough TTK but even I know it's wrong to do that. I mean they can't even play the crucible Playlist, they are different.

  • There are 3 crucible playlists specifically for those without TTK. As far as features like Nightfall, Weekly, Iron Banner, Trials etc etc they are all featuring TTK content. Content that people haven't paid for so of course they don't get to access it.
