It's called consumer rights, and the Consumer Protection Act protects those rights. I am not filing a lawsuit, it is a complaint to the proper authorities. Whatever they decide, it's up to them.

    Except when you sign an EULA you waive whatever "rights" you think you have.[spoiler]I mean really, you can spend money on any product when when your asked to agree to something before use, you waive your rights and agree to their terms.[/spoiler]
