It sucks that you can't do certain things but what would be the point, you aren't working towards anything useful anymore given the new content completely changed the game.

  • Most people I know, before TTK dropped, had nothing to work towards in the game for a couple months, myself included. That didn't stop people from playing.

  • Well I stopped for like 2 months. Sucks, but it is worth the price trust me.

That may be so. I hear many good things about TTK. However, Bungies ethics ( or lack thereof ), and the horrible Destiny community are making me question why I even bother. That being said, I'm glad you enjoy it.

  • Realistically in order to keep everything from the past destiny game ttk should have been a new game release because there is no way the old systems could support vanilla and ttk at the same time. In the name of progess of this game they kinda had to get rid of old options. Sorry for you man, to bad you could refuse the update and play on a separate server or something. And as for the community go to reddit this forum is full of trolls.
