Lol the analogy is hilarious, well played. I am sick of people whining about this stuff. No one is being locked out of any content from year one. Story missions are still available. Year one strikes are still available in the Legacy Strike playlist. Year one PvP is still available in the vanilla playlists. Vault, Crota, and PoE are still available. I fail to see what people are locked out of. If you're upset that you can't access year two gear or level up for Nightfalls, the new raid, etc, then you're out of luck. Why would you be given access to year two gear when you didn't purchase year two content? Just because content has been reorganized doesn't mean it's been taken from you.
