I just got the White and Gold ps4 with desity bundle that has the digital upgrade to the collectors edition. Yet already I'm having issues with it. My dlc is installed and I can't use it. I can't jump my warlock to lv 25 because I didn't receive to item to let me I can't see my suros pack or anything else for that matter I have the ghost she'll and can't use it across all three of my characters. Not only that but, I had an issue months back where there was fraud on my account and game and my hunter got deleted along with ALL OF THE YEAR ONE EXOTICS and I never received a reply from you guys about that. Hopefully you all respond to this... Help me please I've invested money and time into this IP and I want to have faith in you guys I do I've purchased the Season pass prior and now this help get what I paid for and please help me retrieve my lost data!  Please get back to me thank you Bungie.
