I met the requirements also but have not received the veterans quest, shader, or other items. I did receive the collector edition shader, emote, and class item but no the veterans shader, sparrow, ship or quest.

I haven't received anything with my taken king legendary edition ($60) I haven't got any bonus items or the weapons pack for pre order I need help

Try looking through the kiosk, it should be in there. The shader and emblem is located near the Tower Outfitter and the Sparrow Kiosk is next to Amanda Holiday at the Ship Wright.
