We can't jump to those conclusion but by the amount of interest they put in answering what seems to be wrong (that is none), then it feels like it was intentional and want to take this opportunity and make us buy Collectors or Legendary in obligatory means.
Example of this idea is the advertisement they put on the Xbox Home screen, advertising only Collectors and Legendary , no Standalone.

I know. This just feels frustrating. I know no teverything can't be right the first or even second day of the launch but the issue should be resolved as quickly as possible to increase sells as well as customer satisfaction.
