Brandon approached the large building after leaving the black car that transported him from his own establishment. The one he arrived at was a mansion in design, white at it's core like most buildings this side of Centra. He walked past the cameras either side of the carpeted walkway, his muscular frame held tight in a white shirt, red tie, black fitted blazer and matching black trousers, beneath them a perfectly polished pair of shoes. He fixed the neck of his tie as he flashed his ID to the Synthetic at the main entrance, the Lancaster building was a place he had visited before for similar occasions, said occasion being an auction of expensive goods, attracting the wealthiest men and women from around the globe.

- a man by the name of ivan walks to the man saying he is part of the head of rosskayan mafia with a brand on his left arm to show it. He is accompanied by another man named daego who resembles ivan in almost every aspect save for his red left eye-

"Rosskyan huh?.. I hope you're less arrogant than the last leader I met.." The tall man holds out a hand to shake, not seeing this Mafias name on the guest list.

-shakes his hand- " well the leader you met isnt wanted for over a million murders in these last few years i assume?"

"Ooo I like the sound of that" The handsome male grins, only a few inches taller than the mafia boss in front of him. He takes the man to the bar, ordering them both something strong "So what brings a mafia boos to this kind of event?.." The tall male inquires, his voice hushed enough to not be heard by any eavesdroppers.

-also in a hushed voice- " but also because i need to finish something special with my brother" -he gestures at his twin-

-they both take the drinks- " well honestly i came for the people. Just to see what they're like."-they both drink-

"The people of Neo-Centra?. Pompous and rich as ever.." He takes a long swig of the drink before setting it down. "You aren't from Neo are you?.. Somewhere else I can tell.."

" well yes you are right, but i wasn't talking about the rich. Anyways you are right. I am from rosskaya as is my brother. And you?"

"Me?.. I'm one of the pompous rich kids of Neo-centra, unlike my father however I can see the cities decline in a wealth.. That's why I was hoping someone like you would come round, a link"

" a link? To establish an understanding of the different social classes and different cities? Possibly."

Brandon laughs softly to himself. "No sir, but close.. You the mafia, you must work with various types of people hmm?.. You see I have my hand in that business too, my own small collective of a mafia.."

-shrugs- " yes. I have worked with a large number of clientele. Always finish an assignment. But my mafia group is... Extensive"

"Then it's nice to meet you sir, the names Scarrow" He tips his glass at the mafia boss. "Or scarecrow.. Either one I'm fine with.. Just keep Scarrow to the formalities.. When it's just you and I.." He says this in a calm voice, leaning on the table with his elbows, hands clasped together his chin. The young man seemed to have an idea brewing in him that Ivan would be able to sense, something promising.

" well, scarrow. I believe we could have a partnership of a sort in the future. I would live to work with you and your group." - the other man leans in and whispers something to ivan- " however i have to go. Important business and whatnot contact me if you need to" -gives contact number and leaves-

Brandon says farewell to the big time boss before finishing the drink and standing. He leans against the bar, seeing a beautiful wan alone in the huge room. "Two red wines please.. Make them large.." He walks over to the woman and offers her a drink, smiling as he flirts with her, one thing on his mind for tonight.

-A strange man, a small girl in a maid outfit and a person in armour walks in the name of the Masyo mafia family-

Brandon brings up the guest list on his data pad as he walks towards the main ball room. As he ascends the stairs he descends down the lists of James finding a Mafia family by the name "Masyo" "Hmmm interesting.. A family mafia, might be a good start" He double checks his appearance in a mirror before walking into the busy open room, following the tracker dot for the Masyo's as he greets people he otherwise knows from previous occasions.

The large male walks up to the three, almost as tall as the armoured guard. "Masyo's?.. Good evening sir and ma'am, are you having a nice evening?.. The names Scarrow, or Brandon to my familiars" He flashes a smile as he offers a hand to the male, eager to make contacts with new mafias.

-The man just looks at you and you see the little girl put on a monocle- Girl: "Big bro he has no weapons and he is currently trying to make you agree to a partnership" -You were surprised how the little girl read through you easily-

A little taken back by the girls insight, clearer some type of scanner using that model he smirks. "Quite the brain you have here.. However she is right, a partnership or discussion of some kind is what I'm after.." He steps a bit closer, his head closer to the boys ear than before. "Something that will benefit both ends.."

-You see the armored person pull you back- The girl: "How about you instead learn that the history of the partner's you work with"
