Found the missing TTK Digital Collector's Edition Content emote for my warlock (was in the kiosk), same thing for the exotic class item for my warlock (was in kiosk, but now I need to repurchase as if I deleted it myself...). What is still missing is the shader for my warlock that came with the aforementioned content pack, and the promotional emblems that were redeemed on Bungie.net (quite a few cannot be found in kiosk or anywhere else).

Same here. I can find all of the collector's edition emotes and class items (while still having to purchase the remaining two) through kiosks, but cannot find the class shaders for my titan or hunter (my main class is warlock so I already unlocked the shader when starting the taken king). Checked the Shader kiosk and nothing.
