I have checked all 3 characters and there is not anything called "Spark of Light" in their materials or consumables, nor is there anything in the vault, nor is anything at the postmaster. I have accepted everything from the postmaster with my Warlock. If you accept this Spark of Light from the postmaster, is it automatically used right then and there, or does it get thrown into your materials/consumables and you have to use it from there? Because I'll tell you... I have not activated anything from my materials/consumables. A lot of times my materials is full, so maybe I accepted it and it disappeared? This glitchiness sucks... Guess I'll have to do it the old-fashioned way. :*( I wish there was a way that Bungie could tell me if I received it or not, and if not, if I could contact them and they can give it to me.
