There's already a rule like this in existence. It's named after our very own DTL and has two simple steps!
1.) Place a shoe on your head.
2.) Hold a slip of paper with "I <3 DTL" on it.

How could anyone not know the DTL thing? And my point was to make it more personalized, rather than just the DTL thing. What if I want to see people with lamps on their heads instead of shoes? Then we've got a predicament.
