Ogres for sure. But the boss ogre like I posted is level 42, LL 300, same with the witch boss. If you had infinite heavy, pre patch Gally, and never ending hammer bro, you might, MIGHT, produce enough DPS to down both.
You have to realize the damage penalties at play with tackling (1) bosses, (2) +2 standard levels (3) +11 LL. You may be thinking tier 1 or two, which is more likely.

I know which one I was playing. I was shooting thise Acolyte eyes and hitting the boss with my awesome sniper when the smaller ogres weren't there. Took nearly tje entire event save that last minute.
