You guys really need to get your crap together. I can't even download the game on to my hard drive. I contacted Xbox support. I was on the phone with them for hours. I contacted my internet provider, no problem there. This is my first time playing Destiny and let me say, you guys are not off to a good start with me. I understand if you're having issues with the new DLC, but not even having the ability to download the game is ridiculous. The game is frozen at 82% and no matter what I do, it won't progress past that point. I just want to play the game so whatever it is you guys need to do to fix it do it. I bought this game 3 days ago and it's still stuck. Also, I love how dedicated to your fans you are, not putting a customer support line on your website, so I guess I have to wait forever for a response from you guys cause the only support you guys give are these forums.
