Ok I have a TKR bug update direct from Xbox live customer service rep. Called to tell me, "Per Bungie, not XBox, Bungie has stated they will require purchase of TTK digital download for each seperate account even if on the same console ." Now my work around still works so I am not going ballistic but that does sound like it contradicts license agreement language people are showing online. Only solution available... login with prime account will allow sub account to play TTK content and progress normally. That is all.
