I think it's a new game feature. (Just my opinion.) I think the Majors/Ultras will only drop their glimmer if you are using a consumable. I noticed it before the patch for the 360, then it worked briefly as normal, and as of yesterday Majors/Ultras are [b]not[/b] dropping glimmer unless I use an Ether Seed/Black Wax Idol/etc.
