Primary Perk:
Focused Fire - When zoomed, this weapon fires slower, but causes additional damage.
Secondary Perks:
Lightweight - When held, this weapon grants +2 character Agility.
Hammer Forged - Improved range and accuracy.
Snapshot - Aiming this weapon is incredibly fast.
Exotic Perk:
I've Got Your Back - Radar stays active while zoomed. Any attack on your back while you are zoomed in is reflected back at the assailant for partial damage. Supers are not affected.

The idea behind it is that this weapon will keep an eye out for you no matter what the situation.
[b]Exotic Bounty[/b]
"The Reunion" - Multistage bounty, awarding different levels of weapon.
If you no longer have a Khvostov 7G-02, killing Fallen Vandals on Earth will have a small chance to drop it (1/750 ). On acquisition you will receive a message to retrieve the bounty. It will not be a Vanguard Mentor Missive. Otherwise you will randomly receive it in the mail.
PT1

You may not remember it, but this weapon remembers you from a past life. However, generations of abandonment in the Dark has worn your connection, and made the weapon wild. Reforge your bond with the Khvostov 7G-02.
1. Kill Fallen on Earth and collect "Skill," "Memories," and "Trust" with Khvostov 7G-02.
2. Generate 50 orbs of Light in any activity with Khvostov 7G-02 equipped.
The Khvostov 7G-02 is stable, but appears to resent you. The old Golden Age AI can only communicate so much. Take it to the Gunsmith for a patch.
3. Infuse Khvostov 7G-02 with a Mote of Light and 20 Weapon Parts.
The Khvostov 7G-02 can communicate much better now. It is ready to forgive being abandoned if you will help it grow more powerful.
4. Infuse Khvostov 7G-02 with an Ascendant Shard.
5. Receive “A Trusted Acquaintance.” This weapon is Legendary. (In the place of the Exotic perk it instead has Unflinching or Third Eye, pending the Exotic Perk. If the perk has Third Eye built in, then Unflinching. Otherwise it will be Third Eye)

PT2 (Received in mail after you get A Trusted Acquaintance)

Take A Trusted Acquaintance with you on your travels, calibrate it to new foes, and create new memories.
1. Earn 20000 experience in any activity with A Trusted Acquaintance equipped.
2. Kill 35 enemies of each different faction with A Trusted Acquaintance.
Your bond with A Trusted Acquaintance grows by the minute, reminiscent of older times. There is still work to be done, and the weapon wishes to assist you.
3. Clear a Heroic strike with A Trusted Acquaintance equipped.
4. Kill 15 Majors or Ultras of any enemy type with A Trusted Acquaintance.
Your greatest trial awaits, but there is nothing that can't be bested with the help of a friend. Show the Darkness the true power of your bond.
5. Clear any Nightfall or Raid with A Trusted Acquaintance equipped.
You never knew that this little gun could hold so much power. It could almost say the same of you. The Speaker has heard of your most recent feat, and wishes to meet you. The... [i]both[/i] of you.
6. Combine A Trusted Acquaintance with an Exotic Shard.
7. Receive "An Old Friend."

I've Got Your Back: Mostly the same, but Supers ARE affected this time. The idea here is that firing a super at someone who is zoomed and facing away from you WITH An Old Friend equipped WITH the exotic perk is such a specific situation that you may almost deserve to be slapped in the face with PARTIAL damage.
I've Got Your Back: It's easier to aim under fire, and zooming in boosts effective range.
