New Monarchy, Future War Cult, and even the Vanguard have seen several supplies go missing. Then, a few days later, Dead Orbit has some new gear bearing their logo. They modify them, paint them, and pass them off as their own. Since there is no proof, we cannot convict them, even though we all know its them. If it is a Scout Rifle you're after, perhaps I can interest you in a Crusader I? It is unascended, but I have personally tested it and found that it still works well in Shaxx's Crucible.

If we break rules, then we have abondoned the purpose of rules in the first place, and we would be no better than Dead Orbit.

Alas, it is not... There are regulations in place against such actions. If I were to give it to you, I would have to give it to everyone. That is not possible, as the Foundries have discontinued those models, and all that is left is a small weapon/armor cache... Sigh... I remember when we offered a full suite of weapons, and Dead Orbit made their own crap. Those were the days...
