So you're saying either to have a shitty sunbreaker super or go back to fist of panic?

Sunbreaker doesn't need to be nerfed into oblivion, but it is blatantly overpowered compared to everything else. It needs a small health reduction so high impact sniper headshots OHK, and maybe decrease the duration by one or two seconds.

I think the homing missle hammers is the most overpowered thing

I've read that perk also adds proximity detonation to the hammers. So yeah, that's ridiculous too.
