Bungie are adding an upgraded version of the raid with new gear at the higher light level

This is false. Their used to be a tier 2 version of vault but nothing is happening to vog the tier 2 wont come out They have never said anything about bringing it back in its just speculation that thats what they were cutting tier 2 for

Edited by Eurowner: 9/21/2015 3:23:39 PMI'm really hoping this true. I just had "The Last Word" drop for me on my first PoE (Lvl 28 if that matters) run for me and dismantled it, since there's a fair amount of the older armour/weapons having "2.0" versions of themselves it seems
