i don't know first hand, but i've been keeping an eye on this thread and it doesn't appear to share across profiles. there's a trick to workaround it. something like, sign in with one controller and when the game is loaded, you sign in the other account on a 2nd controller. sign off the 1st account, and the 2nd one should have access to the content. like i said, i don't know, i've just heard that's what people are doing.

No sadly, TTK will only stay on the account that made the purchase. Which is actually a violation of a contract Microsoft has where all online transactions are accessible through connected profiles within the same console.
