I've been unable to play this game since the day prior to ttk release. I have requested help multiple times and have had no response from you (Bungie). I was frustrated before but this is just getting ridiculous. I would greatly appreciate a helpful response. So here's my issue one more time... I can get as far as the select character login in screen...normally one of my characters will show up next to my banners and above my gamer tag.. This now does not happen and if I try to just select a banner I get a black screen until I decide to give up. My NAT is open, my internet and multiplayer connection are good. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game after clearing my cache, as well as the collectors edition packs and still have the same exact problem. I have paid you the money for this game and have not been able to use the product that I have paid for.

yep, have done every trouble shoot on bungie, xbox live and even went out and bought a new router for a hundred bucks just so this would work, but it doesn't. and all my connections are way above what is needed to play a game online yet i get booted when in the towers, strikes, and the game is all over the place in main mission mode.

yeah i am hearing varied levels of how much it affects. just awful!
