I just completed the Essential Elements step of my "A Sword Reforged" Quest line, and even though I have 100% Ability Kills and 10/10 Materials completed the quest will not progress. I have tried logging in and out and resetting my console. Would love to have a resolution to this before the reset, but one can dream...
