[u]Downtown, Cedyetica:[/u]
A man navigates the streets of Downtown by foot, he's walking at a brisk pace and seems to be looking for someone, or something. He dons a red scarf around his neck, an olive pea coat that stops at his thighs, dark gray jeans, and also has what appears to be a rapier strapped to his waist. He stops at an intersection and looks at the three different street he could follow, he moves his long blonde hair out of his face and readjusts his glasses.
"Where the hell are you?" He says in a frustrated hushed tone.

"Hm" The man reacts and looks down, and sees the noticeable lack of iris' in the boys eyes. Blind. "Oh dear" The man picks up the walking stick and adjusts the shades back into the boys face. "You all right [i]mishka[/i]?" He asks.

"I apologize mister, thank you" he says looking past the stranger. "You're not from here are you?" He asks judging by the accent and the foreign tongue.

He smiles in response. "I'm not, just a bit further north is where I'm from. Lot's of snow" He pauses. "Not that's it's any of my business, but have a bit of more caution when running. Can run into things, bigger, faster things, with your eyes especially. No offense" He says as he brushes dirt off the boy clothes.
