9/22/2015: This week I have been KTO 3-5 times every day with a constant “contacting destiny servers.” I am on XBOX one. I bought a new modem last night. It kicked me 2 more times after that. The error codes I got were anteater, weasel, vulture, and drum. Like I said this week has been growing in instability. I have followed all steps in troubleshooting the problem and talked to my network provider. They said my available downstream was 30000 Kbps and Upstream was 6000 Kbps when this was happening.
Edit 9/23/2015: I have more error codes to add from yesturday. Beaver, bird, bee. No this isn't a coed party gone south. at the time this happened the X1 registered download speed at 3.81 mbps, upload at .22 mbps, 0 packets lost, 1480 mtu and the latency was 1042 ms. Please address as this is ruining the game. Are there any questions i need to ask my network provider?
Before you ask, 16 hr of being unplugged is long enough to clear the cache, i would think. NAT is open.
Edit 9/24/2015: Last night i got Pineapple and Caterpillar. still need help.
Edit 9/25/2015: last night issues were way more problematic. First I got Beatle in a Heroic. When I was reconnected to the same strike I had a black screen. So I had to leave and I felt so bad for the MM fireteam I was in. from orbit I went to the tower and got Caterpillar. Then I got baboon. Then I was try to go to Venus I got Cloudberry. After that, sitting in orbit I got Vulture. I call the cable company again. I finally was directed to you speedtest.net to test my connection. It was anywhere from 24 mbs to 1 mbs download speed. If it truly turns out to be my service BNGHELP need to direct destiny players to use this tool. Speedtest.net

Bungie hasn't addressed any of the issues with the 2.0 update or TTK other than shaders, emblems, and things they can blame on the players. They won't respond to this. I don't know if they caused these problems with bad code or bad servers, but I'm pretty sure their strategy is to ignore it until everyone who can't play the game they paid for gives up. Leave honest reviews where ever you can to warn new players, hopefully if we get the news out there enough they'll have to respond.
