I've browsed this thread and Googled for a bit and couldn't find the answer, but I have a problem with dead ghosts. I unlocked a few 2.0 ghosts before ttk dropped, a couple of which through glitching (shame on me), but the cards for em still haven't unlocked. The ghosts are gone in-game though, so I can't collect them again.. Is there something I need to do to 'activate' them? Or am I screwed here :p
