If Activision wasn't a part of this I believe Bungie wouldn't make us pay, and the game would be much better. Control your anger towards Activision, they're in it for the money, Bungie is just doing it because they can.

Why do you think bungie is a non-profit business....? I know it helps you sleep better at night thinking that bungie is pure and what not but be clear...bungie is a money hungry company.....JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER COMPANY OUT THERE!
-
Who's going to pay the guys who build the thing? Lol -blam!-ing free!?
-
There must be revenue, and therefore profits, for product to keep being developed and manufactured. If they couldn't make money (and there's no way they could live off year one sales today) they wouldn't be able to stay in business. They are a company, and while they may enjoy what they do, they are around to do one primary thing, and that is make money.
-
So you think Bungie would only accept money for the initial release and first two DLCs? Do you want them to go out of business? They do have things like wage commitments, benefits for employees, taxes and fees on properties owned, they have to have some form of overhead to purchase even the most mundane items that an office needs. Come on, think a little before you expect things to be free just because you bought it when it came out. The mentality of people is ridiculous.

Edited by Doctor Electric: 9/23/2015 12:10:11 PMThere wouldn't be the first two dlcs with Activision out of the picture, have you not seen any of the games they publish? It's like their business model is surrounded by dlcs.

So then to take into account your opinion, we could then lump all year one content into a single initial release valued at $60 (because people would complain if they charged more). So now you are expecting TTK to be "complimentary" using a base revenue pool that is LESS than what they would have if they did DLCs? Are you kidding me? You have no idea how businesses work. Just play the -blam!-ing game.

Yeah very true

I'm still having fun.

I don't see the problem.
Activision controls the market and how it is sold
They are only one of many publishers. So I doubt it. Plus where was all the thank-you posts. When a lot of the crucible content, was made available to people who hadn't bought TDB and HOW.

Honestly I don't know
-
But you are quick to come on here to slam both of the companies.

-
Well that's nothing to be proud of.
