How has this not been addressed as a problem? I'm having the same problem with my sibling and so are many other people too. Bungie atleast address this is a problem please, so far no one from bungie has told is this was a problem. Please Bump this. I would appreciate it.

Hi, I strongly agree that Bungie needs to fix this because that is what the "Limits of Use" said, but in the meantime, I wanted to make sure you knew about the work-around with 2 controllers and logging in the user who purchased the content first and getting to the main title screen, then logging in the other user and then hit A to play the game by the other user, and then all the Taken King DLC should be playable to the second user. There are YouTube videos on this too. We are also able to log the purchaser user out and they can then play something else on another XBOX, they don't have to stay signed in the whole time. Hope this helps but it still needs to be fixed because if the purchaser user is playing something else somewhere else they need to log out and then log back in when the second user has access which is a pain, or will get kicked from XBOX Live, which will not make them happy if they're in the middle of another game!

I am also very disappointed that Bungie hasn't fixed this. I just checked and the "Limits of Use" on the Taken King DLC purchase STILL clearly state: "Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console." Why isn't Bungie fulfilling the "Limits of Use" included with their Taken King purchase? How can they do that?
