Looking for new friends [Xbox One]

I'm looking for some people to play with too, my gamertag is Flip the Spawn. I'd like to eventually be able to raid, but I don't think my current group is going to get there due to some dead weight. Currently a 294 on my hunter, and still leveling my other two classes.
