Goku can't use powers if he's Torn by Oryx

He can't use the power of light sure but he doesn't use light, he uses ki. He could be torn and then just Kamehameha his problems while torn. Remember Goku is not bound by guardian limitations

Being torn by oryx isn't having your light taken away it's being torn into a dimension in between the throne worlds and our dimension rendering everything you do moot
