When you head back to the surface you'll need to open a few doors with these hive relics, upon entering the large room with the seeder ship you go to the right towards the telporter that brings you to the Ketch above in which the Draksis strike took place. When you enter the Ketch a timer of ten minutes will appear. In those ten minutes you need to kill every single taken, including the boss. I recommend a full fireteam since it's very hard without raid weapons and a light lvl around 290. My fireteam entered the boss room at 6 minutes and finished it barely in 5 and a half minutes.
