Bungie Shipping

I had place a order from the destiny store on the 9/10, priority 2-day buying mainly all the new destiny taken king gear. I had received the confirmation email, and the sorry all orders will be held up 3 days email. But about 7 days ago i got the shipping confirmation from bungie saying my items were shipped and on the way. I have been following the Tracking number everyday and it just keeps saying label made but not shipped from the usps tracking website. i have messaged on the bungie customer service store already a few times over these past days with no response at all. Hopefully putting this up will get me some sort of response. Thank you all

  • I contacted the post office and they opened an investigation. Just heard back and there is nothing they can do. Contacting the BBB now although I expect nothing will come of that either. Probably should just contact my credit card company
