Why are xbox 360 players getting screwed with $20.00 collectors upgrade? I bought the $40.00ttk knowing I could buy the upgrade separately only to be told I have to go buy the complete collectors edition anyway. False advertising!!!!

Agree with you 100% I also got -blam!-ed over with buying the dlc twice for an extra $20 the collectors, it's false advertising which in some cases is illegal and bull shift how bungie just grinds money out of us

To many issues, I don't understand why they make statements they don't seem to follow thru with.

Also is it too much to ask for a simple customer service email or phone service, they are way to cheap minded to be trying to be a 10 year industry

Agreed, with the way they are going I don't see how they are going to keep most of there customers, probably why they are trying so hard to bring in new people. I checked xbox.com and xbox one has all options available.
