So I was doing the dark blade strike for the exotic sword and I killed my warden then tried to kill the boss and I died but the boss died but I did not complete my quest and it was within 30 secs pls fix cause I don't want to go through that again.

No its a common mistake like when people farmed exotics with the 3oC they reset the boss fight completely but I'm not entirely sure on the modified boss strike for the sword exotic completely just try again but survive beating the boss and you'll be fine
