Court of Oryx
Is the chest guaranteed to give loot or is this a chance? In addition, are legendary engrams fairly common from Tier 2 Court of Oryx?

1 ReplyEverything is random. You get most if the rewards if you use a rune to start it. There have been times when I have gotten a couple blue engrams from participating but not using my rune. Better rewards on the harder tiers, wouldn't necessarily say you'll get a legendary everytime
