It says in the how to get the black spindle spoiler guide. Step by step. First step load up the mission and set it to 240 light

When was that guide created? If it was made before the reset then, that would have worked yesterday, doing it today however does not work. These guides aren't made by bungie, they are made by people just like you and me who can be mistaken. The consensus is that the black spindle can only be acquired when the mission is the daily heroic.
