A Broken Will quest won't appear?
Recently, I beat the new ttk campaign, and one of my friends had shown me a really dank sword, and told me what quest it was to get it. However, I cannot, for the life of me, find this quest. I can patrol the Dreadnought. I'm level 40. No one has a quest icon above their name. It's not in my abandoned quests. I don't understand why I don't have it. Any ideas?
EDIT: The quest just randomly appeared today when I first went to the tower. It wasn't there last night, and I hadn't done anything since then. Odd.

2 RepliesI have the same issue on my second character that I used the thing to instantly level to 25 and start the taken king quest. I saw another post while looking for answers on this and his character was the one he used the instant level item on as well. I was able to get the sword on a different character though leading me to believe it is due to the item being used
