Equipping a Rocket Launcher with tracking while The Taikonaut Exotic Titan helmet is equipped will cause the Rocket Launcher to lose its tracking. To fix it you have to unequip the Taikonaut and then unequip and re-equip the launcher you want to use. If you equip the Taikonaut after doing the previous steps and you have the Launcher in your hand the launcher will still have tracking until you pull out another weapon.
