Shotgun to the face does not work unless they are under half health. I have a Matador 64 with Shot Package. I've hit full precision on one and he killed me. I've tried this several times because this is how I kill Radiance, Arc Blade, and Storm Trance(?). I'm not saying it is OP, I'm just pointing out where you're wrong.
