apparently there just completely ignoring the issue with people who paid the extra 20 bucks for the digital collectors edition who CANNOT do as they suggested and re-install because it doesn't give you the option to. So i guess we paid 20 bucks extra for what we thought we would get our exotics, shaders, emotes and everything else instead we got nothing.
