I've go item 4 of them doing that farm last weekend..
it's a seriously dope weapon man. I really like it. but I like using my exotic primaries more. My Touch of Malice is my baby so it's hard to take off to use Telesto...plus a sniper rifle is a necessity in almost every part of the Raid in my opinion except like the very first 2 parts.
& I was pretty upset w. That because I was pretty set on bringing out my cool fusion rifles.
But the fact that it spawns orb on more than one kill is awesome...using it on Thrall makes so many orbs. it's fantastic for strikes. I almost always have it on when grinding strikes.

I heard it works good on oryx but have not tried it on him yet.....

Ah I'd never use anything besides my Malice on the Daughters & Oryx. Infinite ammo, double the damage, really can't beat it. It's fantastic lol. I wouldn't imagine telesto being great on oryx though. It's really important to have that instantaneous DPS when he opens his chest so he doesn't wipe you. Maybe it would work, it is a very powerful weapon. But I wouldn't suggest anyone use it over a sniper rifle or touch of malice for Oryx or Daughters especially. Also considering you're a pretty good distance away from Oryx, I wouldn't think fusion rifles in general would be an effective weapon choice. Maybe though, it does surprise every now & again how much health it takes out of some enemies I hit. lol. Regardless of the raid though, one of my favorite weapons in destiny. & not to mention the way it looks...is friggin sweet

The malice a good idea even with the loss of health? The groups I keep playing with have a hard time staying alive (I haven't had a problem but it's a team activity)

You're invincible in the Aura while damaging the Daughters & Oryx. You take zero damage from it ;)
