we earned strange coins to get the hawkmoom from xur. plus, you didnt earn the hawk moon, rng (or what ever its called) gave you hawkmoon, at least with xur you can buy what you want with the coins you earned. edit: wouldn't you agree? doing night falls only getting strange coins and then buying then from xur. yes it feels more awarding for rng to drop hawkmoom after nightfall, but in the end, it's the same thing
