It personally doesn't matter to me about first curse because it can drop normally.

Not according to the Armoury. Says it's a quest reward, implying it's not a drop.

In the same logic it claims it drops in the taken King expansion. which implies it can drop under certain circumstances which are not quest related.

That simply means it's a Taken King weapon, not that it drops outside of a quest. It doesn't drop from an engram that's for sure. Bearing in mind the datamined link to the Gunsmith you can virtually guarantee this is a Banshee quest reward.

There are two ways to acquire it the armory says it drops in ttk activities as well as quest so while it may be a special circumstance in which it drops it can drop according to the armory.
