I just hit rank 2 yesterday. Is the class exclusive legendary a quest or a drop? I don't think he gave me a quest or a drop.

Quest. My hunter quest for example was "get 75 sniper kills while under the effects of a special telemetry" then "dismantle 10 rare or legendary snipers". I think you can only get the quest during arms day? I got mine when I received my 2 packages then it showed up right after
