I'm buying the hung jury when I get home. I have 199 marks so I need to buy something before I do the daily and crucible. How do you get these others like jade rabbit and tlaololwol and such?

Jade rabbit is a ps exclusive exotic while tlaloc when you finish the quest given to you after you get the gunsmith to rank 3. Tlaloc is warlock exclusive so you need to be a warlock to get this gun.

Can a warlock get the class specific gun then transfer it over to another class or is it tied to that person only?

Only warlocks are allowed to obtain and equip it but don't worry, hunters get Ace of Spades which is basically a Yr 2 Fatebringer and Titan get the Fabian Strategy.

No Tlaloc is tied to your warlock only. Similar to Ace of Spades for Hunters, and Fabian Strategy for Titans.

I don't know. I'm not going to try and find out. Those marks are precious. I was spamming turning energies into motes at the speaker and when you're out of energies the place where the energies are the class items take their spot so I bought two stupid ass capes for 120 marks accidentally . It was the worst 5 mins of my gaming career followed by the most annoying week of my fire team constantly bring it it up! "Hey remember that time you bought those sweet capes? I [i]almost[/i] did that. Almost. But, I didn't. If it makes you feel better, I spent 150 of my first 200 marks on a Y2 Truth, because I was sick of not having a tracking launcher. The very next Dead Orbit package had a tracking Ceres. #shouldagotathunderlord

I hit the marks cap (didn't realize I was close and lost 10 marks) so I bought a Y2 Truth for the same reason. Next day a legendary engram decrypted to Truth!
