I'm not bashing on Titans, I want to know what makes Sunbreaker a balanced sub-class. We know what makes Sunbreaker a "OP" subclass so my question to all of you is what makes it balanced.
Edit 1: Why is this being downvoted?
Edit 2: Some of you need to realize that I'm simply asking a question, nothing more.
-
It is balanced, you have to aim to hit someone -every gunslinger ever
-
.....
-
Does anyone else remember when titans were all butthurt about arc blade ? Just me ?....k
-
Downvoted
-
Why do so many think balance is guarenteed? How about a check and balance system here. Has anyone contemplated that. Maybe, since it's a team game, certain classes are more vulnerable to others
-
Because Titans only have 2 supers that can kill enemies while the warlock and Hunter has 3
-
I just started my sunbreaker titan after my storm caller warlock and I was shocked at how short the duration is of the sunbreaker super. So I guess that kinda balances it out a bit.
-
Had sunsinger on, got flame shield. Got hit once, ded. ;-;
-
The super isn't balanced it's OP. But people will downvote and call you salty because they're trying to defend their crutch.
-
Because it's fair to talk shit about blade dancers, but talking shit about anything titan related is sacred. I haven't started my quest for sunbreakers yet so I can't completely judge it, but if I'm going to compare it to arc blade, I'd say that sunbreakers are more annoying since they have ridiculous splash damage from their hammer.
-
It's balanced because for most of them the only kills they can get are with their supers lol
-
I really enjoy the new Titan super. Its pretty cool in pve and pvp. Make it a 1 shot kill for GG and sniper headshots and all nothing to complain anymore. Full health with every hammerkill + not even a 1 shot like every other super is really a bit to much imo.
-
Even weight distribution from head to handle is my best guess.
-
Hop off, as usual this is the "daily nerf sunbreakers" thread lol.
-
It can be shutdown by a Void Bow, Like any other Super.
-
It isn't and that's ok. Variety is the spice of life.
-
Aside from super, it is not that great. It is a super based subclass, opposed to something like striker on sun singer
-
Grenade, Melee, and perk choice aren't great
-
It adds ranged attack capability, allowing Titans to compete with nova bombs and golden gun more effectively than they could before with just a bubble and the short ranged FoH. To be more fair, that anvil sound is so distinct, you should know they're coming. I run my ass off when I hear it in PVP XD
-
Check out immolation fists :)
-
Titans are suppose to be tanks ... That is their roll ... It is a balance of damage and survivability ...
-
the majority of player base don't play pvp so a subclass shouldn't be nerfed to hell because of that Bungie need to separate pve from pvp then things like this wont be an issue anymore but we all know that is not gonna happen with the lazy idiots that we know bungie are
-
Sunbreaker Great super Crap melee (Titan Trex Arm Range sucks) Good jump Good nades Now lets see Defender in PvP Crap super (least kills in crucible per stats) Crap melee Good jump Good nades Bladedancer Good super Good melee Great jump (blink) Great nades (bolt)
-
Just use you're "not op blink" to avoid hammers

Daily "nerf sunbreakers" thread

No utility in the perks almost all perks benefit super and nothing else.
