The original 'cape' you get as a hunter that doesn't have a hood. I'll keep hold of it until I can grab another one without a hood. (If such a thing exists)

You can get a cloak from Taniks strike that has the hood down

Heroic or standard - might grind the shit out of that today.

I think either of them will drop it, I usually play normal strikes and see that stuff drop. Got the darkblade helm from a normal strike :)
