Exotic Engram decrypting into year 1 stuff
Twice now i have purchased an exotic engram off Xur only for it to be turned into a year 1 item. What the hell? Whats the point in getting the engram if its gonna go to crappy low level gear? Please fix, and gimmie my coins back.

I made the mistake of buying one last week, didn't realize it until it was too late. Make sure you keep up with reading patch notes and stuff to prevent anything like that again lol.

They're meant to be exotics from year 1 I believe though they're exotics they may eventually take over

It's a legacy engram ...legacy is old meaning year one gear you will not get any year 2 exotic out of those
