I received an error for my Suros emblem saying I needed the pre order content so I ended up uninstalling the dlc and now I cant even reinstall the pre-order dlc

Bump my emblem is gone and the shader is locked out. I'm on Xbox 1 I'm guessing this is a console specific problem

It's weird how it my Suros pre-order emblem was their this afternoon but six hours later it's telling me it pre-order only and locked. It's greyed out on my character and doesn't show in my special orders emblem list.

Same here. Made the mistake of following Bungie's support advice and now Suros Pack is MIA. Xbox Store says "bundle only" so it appears unrecoverable at this point...

Same here. This is ridiculous. It's bad enough the preorder items were useless to begin with, now they don't even work. They already got away with false advertisement, making us think they were legendary weapons.

I just did the same thing and I just tried to send Bungie an email for support and just got an automatic response. We'll see if that will do any good. It also tells me that I don't meet the requirements and that I don't have xbox live and I do.

Same here on Xbox one and can't get my suros items back after I uninstalled the dlc as advised by the game to do so and now it says bundle only when I tried to re-install it
