WTF BUNGIE!! I TRY DELETING THE SUROS ARSENAL PACK AND NOW I CAN'T -blam!-ING DOWNLOADED BACK!? IT'D ONLY BUNDLED WITH THE DIGITAL COLLECTION NOW?! IT -blam!-ING SAYS IT IN THE MARKETPLACE! I PREORDER THIS SHIT, -blam!-ING 40$!! AND NOW YOU TAKE AWAY ABOUT WHAT I'M GUESSING 5$ AWAY! I DELETED THIS CAUSE OF THE RETARDED "Requires Preorder Exclusive" TO SEE IF THAT FIX IT! BUT NOPE! INSTEAD OF PUTTING IT IN THE INSTALL ALL SECTiON IS GONE! AND APPARENTLY THE ONLY WAY TO GET IT IT'S IN THE COLLECTORS EDITION!! WHAT THE -blam!- BUNGIE? HOW CAN YOU -blam!- THIS UP!?

Just happened to me now. Had emblem and shader now there are not accessible. And it's not in add ons like the other dlc. Nice of them to jack it up by making it bundle only. All they need do is send it back to us via postmaster.

Same thing happened to me today too. It was fine last night then I get on this morning and now this. Strangely enough it happened a few days ago with a ship I had too. I do t know what's going on but it needs to be fixed.

This happened to me too!! It said I couldn't use it so I uninstalled and when I tried to reinstall it wasn't even -blam!-ing there!!! So now I don't have my suros fire emblem I so rightfully deserve :(

I'll join the chorus. Had this issue last night and heard various excuses (XBox Live problems) and solutions (reinstall license, uninstall/reinstall Suros Pack). So I figured it would be sorted out this morning but no, emblem and shader disabled with red banner "preorder exclusive". So I check Xbox Live status - all OK. So I uninstall Suros so I can "reinstall license" and now it's gone. So I uninstalled Destiny with some reservations and was able to reinstall it but Suros Pack is still gone. WTF Bungie...? Guess I'll head over to customer support...

I preorder and got both the shader and emblem and had them on my character today.. They were still in my inventory but wouldn't let me equip them.. What the heck... Says requires pre order... wHICH I DID!!! How do I fix this?

Ditto. I started my Destiny game on the Xbox One and it started doing an in game install and then suddenly stopped with an error. It told me the arsenal pack was corrupt, and I should delete it and re-install it. Then surprise! Can't download the pack again. What the frack? Xbox support said Bungie had the issue. I hope this isn't an underhanded way of getting more money out of me...

I can't even use mine. It said I never pre-ordered it, but I did. It's in my inventory plus it was on this morning

Same. The Taken King still works fine, but I no longer have access to the Suros Arsenal, the shader, or the emblem.
